Cylindrical roller bearings

- This design generally offers the highest possible radial load capacity for a given size compared to other roller bearing types. Single row and double row cylindrical rollere bearings are ideal for many mill stand , gear drive and other auxiliary equipment applications , while four-row cylindrical roller bearings are used in roll neck applications . We offers both single and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings . Custom designs are available upon requaest for specific applications .

There are different types designated NU , NJ , NUP , N , NF for signle-row bearings , and NNU , NN for double-row bearings depending on the design or absence of side ribs .

The outer and inner rings of all types are separable. Double-row cylindrical roller bearings have high radial rigidity and are used primarily for precision machine tools .

Pressed steel or machines brass cages are generally used , but sometimes molded polyamide cages are used .

N and NU type can be moved to the axial direction, and can adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, which is suitable for the free end bearing.

NN and NNU are strong against radial load, mostly for spindle of machine tool.
